Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 garlic gloves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp chilli powder
- 1 can chopped tomatos
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp coriander leaf, dried
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Method
- Fry the spring onions briefly until wilted.
- Add the garlic, cumin & chilli and fry gently for 2 minutes.
- Tip in the tomatos, add the lemon juice, coriander & sugar and mix well.
- Cook over a moderate heat, stirring occasionaly, until reduced to a thick sauce.
