Recipes

This is a collection of recipes I have built up over time. Some are my own, and some are adapted from other sources.

For the adapted recipes I have hopefully given credit where it is due. I have included links where appropriate to the inspiration of the recipe, but these may become broken over time.

All recipes will serve 2 people unless noted otherwise.

Some Notes:

  • None of these recipes use salt. Add to your own requirements.
  • Where vinegar is specified, I use good quality cider vinegar, which has a lovely aroma and a very natural taste.
  • Where soy sauce is specified I use Tamari soy sauce. It has much less salt than any other variety, and tastes of fermented soy beans, as it should, not salt and chemicals.
  • Cooking is art, not science, and it is a very flexible and forgiving art. If you don't like a recipe in some way, muck about with it. It won't mind.

All recipes are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial license, with the caveat that as far as I am aware, only the method is copy-rightable, not the ingredients list.
